COVID-19 Announcement

As the global COVID-19 situation evolves, we are making immediate changes to our operations following Government recommendations.

Beginning 03/19/2020 through 04/17/2020, the Miracle Miles warehouse in Ontario, California will be partially closed.

Our sales team will continue working remotely from their homes. Prevention and protection is of the utmost importance to us at this time. We are taking these steps to ensure the safety and well being of our team.

This partial closure means our warehouse and shipping department will be operating twice a week (for the time being) on Monday and Wednesday. Your sales reps will still be available via email and orders will be processed as usual, however you will notice a delay in shipping.

Please make note of the following information concerning all orders:

  • Monday Outbound Freight: Orders processed after Wednesday 12 pm - Monday 12 pm
  • Wednesday Outbound Freight: Orders processed after Monday 12 pm - Wednesday 12 pm
  •  

    Other important updates are as follows:

     

  • All assigned sales reps will have limited access to email.
  • Please send all urgent matters to customercare@miraclemiles.co and allow 24 hours for a response.
  • warehouse pickup is discontinued until further notice.
  • Our customer care team will be solely operating via email, please defer office phone calls until further notice.
