Where are your shoes manufactured?
  • Our shoes are created by our LA design team. Our materials are sourced internationally from trusted retailers in Italy, India and China. Production takes place with our China manufacturing team

What materials do you use?
  • Across our product range you’ll find a variety of materials. Most commonly we use genuine leather in soles (for comfort & durability), genuine leather wrapped heels (to protect against scuffing), extra footbed padding (for extra comfort), and man made uppers. 
Do you provide zip code protection?
  • Before approving accounts, we take into consideration other nearby retailers. We do offer zip code protection on a case by case basis, however most of our boutiques have no competition issues because of our strict MAP policies.

Once I placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?
  • All orders will be processed and shipped within three (3) business days. Processing times may vary depending on merchandise availability. Allow an additional 2-3 days for processing in the case of large quantity orders with special instructions (100 cases and above).
How can I track my order?
  • Once your order has shipped, you will be immediately provided with a tracking number via email. This tracking will be available 24 to 48 hours after your order is shipped out.  
Do you ship internationally? Will there be additional duties and taxes on my order once it is delivered?
  • Yes. We are not in control of the duties and taxes imposed on your order. If duties and taxes are placed on your package by customs officials, the fees will be your responsibility. Our website does not allow you to checkout with an address outside of the U.S - upon activating your account, a sales rep will be assigned to help process your orders. 
How do I place orders/receive linesheets?
  • Our wholesale portal allows you to process PO’s 24/7. There are many perks to placing orders online as part of our Wholesale Portal, such as full product images and details, online-only exclusive offers, instant access to your digital order history and 24/7 availability for order placements. Every account is also assigned a sales rep who is there to make sure you have everything you need!
